Well firstly, I've been where you've been!
I struggled with my weight for years & have been through quite a journey to wind up here today.
I’ve gone from an overweight teenager to 12+ years of gym & dieting experience, obtained an extended diploma in Fitness & went on to get a bachelors degree in Nutrition.
I’ve spent time as a Personal Trainer on the gym floor & over the last 2 years I’ve transitioned fully into working online & helping HUNDREDS of people lose body fat without restrictive dieting or abandoning their social life!

Like I said, I've been on some journey...
Throughout my childhood & early adolescence I was extremely overweight & crippled for confidence.
I then absolutely obliterated my body in my late teens to try & get as lean as possible.. I didn’t understand or even care about what it took, I tried every diet, program & supplement under the sun to help me achieve what I wanted. But to my surprise I was miserable & broken once I got there..
I went to University & regained all that weight (& then some). Here I am at my heaviest, looking like a pink sausage in my Rugby kit & with the ground looking like it’s going to swallow me up..
Only in hindsight did I realise that even though I lost all that weight in the past, I was never actually in control or had the systems in place to retain my results.
Fast forward to current day & I’ve applied all the education I’ve learnt into creating a system that works for me, I’ve finally cracked it!
I don’t have the abs like I did at 18 but I now understand that’s not what I want.
What I do have is complete confidence in myself & my body. I no longer profusely sweat when doing gentle exercise, I don’t pull out my t-shirt when I sit down anymore & now I go out & actually enjoy my weekends & holidays without the crippling anxiety of feeling like I’m sabotaging myself.
Now my mission is to create bespoke programs for as many people to help them lose that 10-20kg & regain confidence in their body & themselves!

How long does this coaching last?
It’s split into two phases. Stage 1 – Fat Loss Foundations – usually 2-3 weeks. It gets you into good habits and gives us a foundation to work from. After that, we apply the On The Move FLEX Nutrition system to really drive your body weight down. In this phase the time frame can become slighly open ended. I'll need a minimum of 4 months to actually get you a really jaw dropping result, but depending on your starting point & your goals moving forward we may well have to work longer than that, but it's a case by case basis.
Am I locked in to anything?
The program can last a variety of different lengths depending on the size of your goal. However I do offer a 30 day love it or leave it guarantee. If after 30 days you don't think I'm the coach for you then we can cut any commitment there no strings attached.
Do you write diet plans?
No. I don’t believe they work. My coaching is all about educating you so you can make better choices for yourself (eventually without my support). IMO diet plans are a rip-off because they don’t teach you anything.
What kind of training will I need to do?
Again, it’s up to you. My preference is that you do some kind of strength training (because it’s so good for you, especially in terms of fat loss, however it's not entirely necessary). I have plenty of client who I provide resistance training programs for, I also have clients who want to focus on things like yoga and pilates so we build that into their program too.
Do I need a gym membership?
Not necessarily. I can write your training plan for home workouts (you might need to buy a kettlebell or something). If you train at a gym, tell me what kit it’s got and I’ll design your plan accordingly.
I’ve worked with other coaches, why is this different?
Lots of my clients come to me from other coaches, group plans, or free online challenges. I’m different in two ways. Firstly, my approach. It’s not cookie-cutter and it’s not done to plans or numbers. It’s bespoke and habit-based. Secondly, me. I’ve been there and struggled with weight gain, food issues, frustrations and confusion. I’ve tried rigid diets and over exercising and boring meal plans. I have a lot of empathy for your situation and understand what you need. If you like my TikTok/Insta/podcast, that’s the guy you get.
Is it a group thing?
Noooo. Some people thrive off a group challenge environment. I never did, and I guess you don’t either. This is 1-on-1 coaching. No group calls, no private Facebook group.
How often do I get to speak to you?
You do a weekly check-in (via my app) and we have a weekly catch-up call (phone or video). Outside of that, you have unlimited access to me via the message system on my app. Obviously I’m not (entirely) nocturnal. But what I can promise is that I won't be compromised on attention and support, I am fully committed to you as my client and will never ever leave you hanging.
